Delivery times

Our shipping process is divided into two main phases:

1. Processing time: 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday)
   Order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality control, packaging and shipping.

The tracking information will be provided to you via email as soon as your order has been shipped.

2.             Delivery time: 10–15 business days.
This is the estimated time your package will take from the logistics center to reach your delivery address.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs delays, weather conditions, remote locations, or high shipping volumes (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, etc.).
