4.1 Prices on our website include shipping but do not include taxes, customs duties, or similar charges ("delivered duty unpaid").
4.2 The buyer is responsible for all import-related costs (including customs and VAT). Goods are shipped from a non-EU country (China) and may be subject to additional charges. Please contact our customer service in advance to clarify if duties apply.
4.3 If a pricing error occurs, you will be informed and given the option to reorder at the correct price or cancel the order.
4.4 We are not obliged to fulfill an order placed at an incorrect price (even after confirmation).
4.5 Price changes are not retroactive for confirmed orders.

5. Orders

5.1 Orders are subject to availability. If unavailable, you will be informed and refunded.
5.2 A contract is only formed upon our written order confirmation.
5.3 Partial deliveries may occur.
5.4 We reserve the right to remove products or content from the website.
5.5 We may refuse or cancel orders at any time.

6. Payment

6.1 You can pay via the payment providers listed on our website.
6.2 Promotional vouchers may be redeemed during checkout.
6.3 Payment data may be shared with our payment providers.
6.4 We are not a regulated payment provider and are not liable for provider errors.
6.5 You confirm that:

8.2 Already shipped goods must be returned (see Section 10).
8.3 Refunds before receipt is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

9.4 If defective, contact us by email with a photo/video.
9.5 Returns per Section 10.
9.6 We will inspect returned items upon receipt.
9.7 If the defect is confirmed, you will receive:

(a) A replacement product; or
(b) A refund including return shipping.

9.9 If no defect is found, no refund may be issued.

10. Returns & Refunds

10.2 Withdrawal period: 30 days from receipt.
10.3 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
10.4 Refunds only after receiving the item.
10.5 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags.
10.6 Processing time may vary.
10.7 Refunds will be confirmed via email after inspection.
10.8 Withdrawal is complete once we receive the returned item.
10.9 Earliest refund for non-received items: after 16 weeks.

11. Vouchers

11.1 Promo codes may be used at checkout.
11.2 Only one voucher per order.
11.3 Remaining amounts must be paid by other means.
11.4 Vouchers are not refunded.
